How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Reviewedpractical Plumbing wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Reviewedpractical Plumbing
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Reviewedpractical Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@reviewedpractical.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
